		<description>I love to make veggie lasagna! I usually add drained frozen spinach to my cheese mixture and add a layer of sauteed mushrooms and peppers. I love the added flavor and it makes me feel like I got my veggies for the day!

		<description>Thoughtful and totally outside the box. I think about comfort food in this regard, and find that foods that fit this category are foods that make you *feel* good eating. This, in my opinion, is accepted emotional eating. The trouble begins when the food isn&#039;t consumed mindfully -- enjoyed for its comfort -- and the eater keeps eating in the hopes of feeling good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Great post Ian!</description>
