Food 4 Thought Healing Meals – Cook, Eat, Share

A “Food 4 Thought” meal is a new twist on an age-old ritual. Enjoy a relaxed, small dinner party with nutritious and delicious food while sharing stories about the role food plays in your life. I will whet your appetite with a few simple cooking tips, tantalize you with thought-provoking questions and let you savor the experience of sharing food with a supportive group of friends and/or family. I also work with individuals and in small groups using movement to support your relationship with food, fitness and body image.  In the same way we interact with food, we will access thoughts, feelings and emotions by moving in the body.  Whether by walking together, working out or practicing mind-body movement, we will let being in the body be both practice and process.
